Calming heat/cool pack that can help sooth muscles, relieve menstrual pain, bring you into a deeper relaxation, create routine for children at bedtime, can be a perfect sensory item and more!
Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to achieve desired temperature. Remove and shake around to disperse the heat evenly.
Can be used multiple times.
Cool in an airtight bag in the freezer for a minimum of one hour. Great for the relief of headaches, swelling and to cool you down in the summer.
