What I collect

Contact details such as your name, email, and phone number, when you book, fill out a form, or join my email list or waitlist.

Booking details such as the session you choose, add-ons, and your answers to booking questions.

Health information you share on your intake form or during your session, and my session notes.

Group booking details such as your organization, group size, and event dates.

Payment is made at your appointment. Card details are not collected or stored on this website.

How I use it

To book, confirm, and manage your appointments. To reply to your messages and group enquiries. To give you safe, personalized care and send session follow-ups.

To manage the Monthly Rest Plan waitlist and membership. To send my weekly email, only if you’ve said yes.

I will never sell or rent your information.

Your health information

Anything you share about your health is kept confidential and used only to support your care.

I won’t share your health information without your consent, unless required by law.

Emails and consent

You’ll only receive my weekly email if you check the consent box when you sign up. Every email includes my business name, contact details, and an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and I’ll remove you from the list right away.

Booking confirmations, reminders, and replies to your messages are sent as part of your care and aren’t marketing emails.

Who I share it with

I use a small number of trusted services to run my practice. They only receive what they need to do their job: Calendly for online booking, my website host for securely stored messages, Resend for emailing enquiries to Haley, and Google for reviews and reCAPTCHA spam protection.

Some of these services store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. Google reCAPTCHA is used on our forms to prevent spam and may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details. Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent, subject to legal and professional record-keeping requirements. Just send me a message and I’ll respond within 30 days.

If you’re not satisfied with how I’ve handled a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
