What to Expect During Your Reflexology Session
Your session begins with a calming 5–10 minute foot soak, giving us a moment to slow down, connect, and talk about any areas you’d like to focus on.
Reflexology can be done on the face, hands, feet, or body. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, so wearing light, comfortable clothing will help you feel relaxed and at ease.
Using gentle finger and thumb pressure, I’ll work through the different systems of the body. You may notice areas of tenderness, this can be a sign that a particular system is asking for attention or seeking balance.
When working on the feet, I address all nine systems to support the body’s natural ability to reset and find harmony. Each session ends with a soothing relaxation massage, leaving you calm, grounded, and refreshed.
After your session, we’ll take a moment to review what came up and check in on how you’re feeling. If needed, I’ll recommend a plan to support specific areas and help you move forward on your wellness journey with clarity and care.

Frequently asked question
How much time should I book for
The ideal session length depends on your needs and the type of support you’re looking for.
If we’re focusing on one area (like your feet):
A 60-minute session gives me the time to work through all nine reflexology systems, helping your body shift toward its ideal balance.
Investment: $70
If you want a blended experience:
For combinations such as facial + foot reflexology, body + foot reflexology, or sessions that include sound therapy or Raindrop, a 90-minute session is recommended. This extra time allows each modality to be fully effective and deeply supportive.
Investment: $105
What are your cleaning protocols?
I leave myself 30 minutes between each client. This gives me time to change all bedding, spray and wipe down touch surfaces and products/items used.
All of my laundry is washed in hot water with a natural laundry soap.

I trained through the Atlantic School of Reflexology.
I am certified through Atlantic Canada Association of Reflexology Therapists.
