Bringing nervous system support into schools, workplaces, and community spaces.
Sometimes people do not need another meeting, another presentation, or another thing to push through.
They need a moment to breathe.
Grounding, welcoming, and deeply restorative.
The group sessions I offer are designed to help people slow down, settle their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves in a calm, approachable way.
These experiences work well for schools, staff wellness days, professional development events, community organizations, retreats, and workplaces across Nova Scotia’s South Shore.
Everything I offer is designed to feel grounding, welcoming, and deeply restorative.
A quiet space to pause, soften, and rest.
Group sound baths use crystal singing bowls, guided grounding, and calming sound to help the body settle into a more relaxed state.
These sessions are intentionally slow and peaceful. Participants are invited to sit or lie comfortably while being guided through a calming experience designed to help quiet the mind and release tension from the body.
